本项目联合了 9 家著名高校和企业协同攻关国产工业机器人故障诊断与健康评估难题,开展了五方面研究:1)工业机器人监测与控制多源信息获取及传输方法;2)工业机器人机电控感耦合建模理论与故障机理研究;3)工业机器人故障特征提取与迁移智能诊断方法;4)工业机器人健康评估与性能预测研究;5)在线预警与离线诊断系统开发与应用示范。形成了工业机器人在线/离线故障诊断及健康评估系统各1套、起草了工业机器人在线监测、故障诊断、健康评估、预测性维护的国家标准报批稿4项、开发了工业机器人关键部件测试设备和软件系统若干、建立了工业机器人典型故障案例数据库。利用自主研发的设备和系统收集并整理了大量工业机器人的现场测试、实验室测试和计算机仿真数据集,仿真和测试对象涵盖谐波减速器、RV减速器、伺服电机、伺服驱动器、控制器等工业机器人关键部件,包括电流、角度、位置、姿态、振动、温度、声音、声发射、磨粒等数据类型。所有数据均以Excel、CSV、BMP等文件格式存储并完全共享。
This project has joined hands with nine famous universities and enterprises to tackle the problems of fault diagnosis and health assessment of domestic industrial robots. Five areas of research were carried out: 1) multi-source information acquisition and transmission methods for the industrial robot monitoring and control; 2)research on the modelling and fault mechanisms of electromechanical-control-perceptual coupling system of Industrial robots; 3) fault feature extraction and intelligent transfer diagnosis methods for industrial robots; 4) health assessment and performance prognosis of industrial robots; and 5) development and application of online alarm and offline diagnosis systems. The achievements include one set of online/offline fault diagnosis and health assessment system for industrial robots, four national standards for online monitoring, fault diagnosis, health assessment and predictive maintenance of industrial robots, several testing equipment and software systems for key components of industrial robots, and a database of typical fault cases of industrial robots. A large number of field tests, laboratory tests and computer simulation data sets of industrial robots have been collected with self-developed equipment and systems. The simulation and test objects cover many key components of industrial robots such as harmonic reducers, RV reducers, servo motors, servo drives and controllers. The collected data sets are composed of current, angle, position, attitude, vibration, temperature, sound, acoustic emission, abrasive particles, etc. All data is stored and fully shared in Excel, CSV and BMP formats.
