我国大力发展核电及核燃料自主创新,实现了“华龙一号”、“国和一号”第三代核电技术、CF 系列自主商用燃料技术等突破,具备了国内大规模应用、国际并跑竞争的能力。耐事故燃料(Accident Tolerant Fuel,简称ATF 燃料)以大力提升燃料固有安全性为目标,是核燃料领域的研究热点,涉及新型燃料、先进包壳、先进制造及实验、设计分析多学科交叉等前沿方向,是我国未来核燃料领域与美、法等核电强国争夺技术和市场主导权的“核心技术”。本项目强化前沿基础研究,拟突破高铀密度高热导率芯块、耐辐照耐腐蚀包壳材料及高安全性燃料元件设计研究的关键科学/技术问题,掌握燃料先进制备、实验和设计评价核心能力,提升ATF 燃料技术的成熟度,为我国核燃料的技术跨越奠定坚实基础。
China has vigorously developed independent innovation in nuclear power and nuclear fuel, achieved breakthroughs in the third-generation nuclear power technology of "hualong-1", "guohe-1" and CF series independent commercial fuel technology, and has the ability of large-scale domestic application and international competition. Aiming at greatly improving the inherent safety of fuel, accident tolerant fuel (ATF fuel for short) is a research hotspot in the field of nuclear fuel, involving cutting-edge directions such as new fuel, advanced cladding, advanced manufacturing and experiment, and multidisciplinary design and analysis. It is the "core technology" for China's future nuclear fuel field to compete with nuclear power powers such as the United States and France for technology and market dominance. This project strengthens frontier basic research, plans to break through the key scientific / technical problems in the design and research of high uranium density and high thermal conductivity pellets, radiation resistant and corrosion-resistant cladding materials and high safety fuel elements, master the core capabilities of advanced fuel preparation, experiment and design evaluation, improve the maturity of ATF fuel technology, and lay a solid foundation for the technological leap of nuclear fuel in China.
