The data were the X-ray diffraction results of powder sample, standard sample and FeCrAl alloy sample prepared by LPBF. The diffraction peaks of α-Fe and Fe2AlCr appeared in all of them. The diffraction intensity of {200} crystal plane of powder sample was lower, but the diffraction intensity of {211} crystal plane was higher, and the diffraction peak was sharper. The diffraction peaks of the square sample and the standard sample were similar in shape and the crystal structure was consistent.
