The data were based on the tensile properties of FeCrAl alloy samples prepared by LPBF at the scanning speed of 500mm/s, the hatching spacing of 0.05mm and the layer thickness of 0.03mm. The laser power of 160W, 180W, 200W, 220W and 240W were tested, respectively. The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of FeCrAl alloy showed that the yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation of FeCrAl alloy were 558.57MPa, 640MPa and 15.39% at 200W, respectively.
