The data were based on the tensile properties of FeCrAl alloy samples prepared by LPBF. The hatching spacing of 0.04mm, 0.05mm, 0.06mm, 0.07mm, and 0.08mm were tested at the laser powder of 200W, the scanning speed of 500mm/s, and the powder layer thickness of 0.03mm. The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of FeCrAl alloy at the scanning speed of 0.05mm showed that the maximum yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation were 558.57MPa, 640MPa and 15.39%, respectively.
