该数据是通过激光粉末床熔化方法制备FeCrAl合金样品的拉伸性能,固定激光功率为200W、扫描间距为0.05mm和粉末层厚0.03mm,分别测试了扫描速度为300 mm/s、400 mm/s、500 mm/s、600 mm/s和700 mm/s,FeCrAl合金的屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率,其结果表明,扫描速度在500 mm/s时的屈服强度、极限拉伸强度和延伸率最高,分别为558.57MPa、640MPa和15.39%。
The data were based on the tensile properties of FeCrAl alloy samples prepared by LPBF at laser power of 200W, hatching spacing of 0.05mm, and layer thickness of 0.03mm. The yield strength, tensile strength and elongation of FeCrAl alloy were tested at scanning speeds of 300 mm/s, 400 mm/s, 500 mm/s, 600 mm/s and 700 mm/s respectively. The results showed that the yield strength, ultimate tensile strength and elongation of FeCrAl alloy at the scanning speed of 500 mm/s were the highest 558.57MPa, 640MPa and 15.39%, respectively.
