本课题针对我国烧结行业面临的铁矿石劣化显著、烧结机机漏风率高、废气余热利用率低、污染物排放种类复杂、浓度低、总量大、烧结工序能耗高等难题,根据烧结能耗与污染物排放与烧结工艺原料及工艺过程密切相关的特点,基于现有的厚料层烧结、烟气循环、烟气脱硫脱硝等烧结绿色化工艺探索,从高效烧结新工艺开发、低漏风率关键技术与装备加工制造、有毒有害污染物协同深度脱除等重大问题及关键技术方面开展系统研发。最终建成“低排放的高效低耗烧结关键技术及应用示范”,实现“吨烧结矿能耗降低3公斤标煤以上、烧结机漏风率比 2015年指标减少 15%以上,返矿率比 2015 年指标减少 10%以上”的目标。
