本项目针对460和690MPa级抗震耐蚀耐火功能复合型建筑用钢的开发,开展理论研究和技术创新,突破了多场耦合服役环境下功能复合化建筑用钢的合金设计和组织调控技术,提出了抗震耐蚀耐火钢的合金设计准则和相间析出、遇火智能析出增强耐火性能的新理念,形成了多相、多尺度组织的相变控制原理和控轧控冷-热处理一体化调控技术,实现产品的工业化生产,应用于典型示范工程中。
In this project, theoretical research and technological innovation are carried out for the development of 460 and 690MPa seismic, corrosion-resistant and fire-resistant functional composite building steel, breaking through the alloy design and organization control technology of functional composite building steel in multi-field coupling service environment. The alloy design criterion and the new concept of phase precipitation and intelligent precipitation in case of fire to enhance fire resistance of seismic corrosion resistant refractory steel are put forward. The phase transformation control principle of multi-phase and multi-scale structure and the integrated control technology of rolling, cooling and heat treatment are formed to realize the industrial production of products and apply them in typical demonstration projects.
