在本研究中,采用线切割沿热轧钢板横向切取直径为8mm的比例拉伸试样,在配备电加热炉的万能拉伸试验机上,将拉伸试样加热至300℃保温15分钟之后,按照国标GB/T 228.2-2015的标准进行高温拉伸试验,测得钢板的高温屈服强度值,抗拉强度为823MPa,屈服强度为609MPa。
In this study, linear cutting was used to transverse cut the 8mm diameter proportional tensile sample along the hot rolled steel plate. After heating the tensile sample to 300℃ for 15 minutes on a universal tensile test machine equipped with an electric heating furnace, high-temperature tensile test was conducted according to the national standard GB/T 228.2-2015 to measure the high-temperature yield strength of the steel plate. The tensile strength is 823MPa and the yield strength is 609MPa.
