在本研究中,采用奥氏体再结晶轧制和奥氏体未再结晶轧制的两阶段轧制工艺,轧后层流冷却至440℃后,空冷至室温。沿钢板横向切取直径为8mm的比例拉伸试样进行室温拉伸试验,抗拉强度平均值为746MPa,屈服强度平均值为597MPa,断后伸长率平均值为22.0%,屈强比平均值为0.80。
In this study, a two-stage rolling process of austenite recrystallization rolling and austenite unrecrystallization rolling was adopted. After rolling, laminar flow cooling was carried out to 440℃, and air cooling was carried out to room temperature. The average tensile strength is 746MPa, yield strength is 597MPa, elongation after fracture is 22.0%, and yield strength ratio is 0.80.
