开发出大规格Mo-0.6Y2O3-0.08~0.12CeO2、CeO2-TZM合金及其纳米喷雾掺杂-均质化烧结工艺-椭圆截面等通道扭转挤压/锻造-镦粗锻造-950℃退火的整套工艺。CeO2-TZM合金的室温抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率分别达801-804MPa、689-695MPa、44%-47.5%,1100℃抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率分别达545-557MPa、191-200MPa、24.8%-25.1%,1100℃、200MPa持久时间≥81h。
开发出大规格0.25HfC-TZM合金板,室温抗拉强度、延伸率分别达1150MPa、17%,1600℃抗拉强度达158MPa。典型产品的极限尺寸分别达到0.598×1507.21×1601.52mm、5.09×2137.3×2325.8mm。
制备出Φ151mm钼钛锆合金锻造棒材,氧含量达80-90ppm,棒材室温抗拉强度、延伸率分别达889MPa、23.5%,1000℃抗拉强度、延伸率分别达591MPa、15.5%;制备出Φ10×(0.5~0.8)×(1800~4000)mm钼钛锆管材。
制备出Φ400mm×100mm,密度10.193 g/cm3、平均晶粒度不超过25μm、抗拉强度不低于500MPa的钼辊轮。
开发了难熔金属钨、钼的复杂构件注射成形技术,实现高致密度、高精度和复杂形状的统一,钨、钼零件相对密度≥99%,尺寸精度±0.3%。
建成1 条生产能力600 吨/年的钼合金棒材生产示范线和1条生产能力400吨/年的大规格钼合金板材生产示范线。
The processes of large-size Mo-0.6Y2O3-0.08~0.12CeO2 and CeO2-TZM alloys are developed, including Nano spray doping-Homogenization sintering -Elliptical cross-section equal channel torsion extrusion/forging-Upsetting forging-Annealing at 950℃. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation of CeO2-TZM alloy at room temperature are 801-804MPa, 689-695MPa and 44%-47.5%, respectively, and at 1100℃ are 545-557MPa, 191-200MPa and 24.8%-25.1% respectively, and durable strength of 1100℃/81h exceeds 200MPa.
Large-size 0.25HfC-TZM alloy plate is developed , with room temperature tensile strength and elongation of 1150MPa and 17% respectively, and tensile strength of 158MPa at 1600°C. The limit dimensions of typical products are: 0.598×1507.21×1601.52mm and 5.09×2137.3×2325.8mm.
Forged rods with Φ151mm of molybdenum-titanium-zirconium alloy are prepared, with impurity oxygen content of 80-90ppm, room temperature tensile strength and elongation of 889MPa and 23.5% respectively, and 1000℃ tensile strength and elongation of 591MPa and 15.5% respectively. Φ16×0.8×1800mm molybdenum titanium zirconium pipe products are prepared.
Molybdenum rollers with an outer diameter of more than 400mm, a height of more than 100mm, a density of 10.193 g/cm3, an average grain size of less than 25μm, and a tensile strength of more than 500MPa are prepared.
Injection molding technology is developed for complex components of refractory metal tungsten and molybdenum to realize the unification of high density, high precision and complex shape. The relative density of tungsten and molybdenum parts is more than 99%, and the dimensional accuracy is ±0.3%.
A production demonstration line for molybdenum alloy rods with a production capacity of 600 tons/year and a large-size molybdenum alloy sheet production line with a production capacity of 400 tons/year have been built.
