首钢在国家“建筑结构用抗震耐蚀耐火钢”课题的支持下,与马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司、南阳汉冶特钢有限公司、钢铁研究总院等单位,针对460MPa 级抗震耐蚀耐火钢板与型钢的研制任务,在资料调研和相关课题技术支持的基础上,依据产品的技术指标要求,开展了460MPa 级抗震耐蚀耐火钢板与型钢的稳定化生产及应用研究。在中试试验研究的基础上,进行成分与工艺的优化,制定了工业试制的路线和控制参数,并顺利完成460MPa级抗震耐蚀耐火钢板与型钢的工业试制,钢板与型钢的性能达到项目任务规定的技术要求。在此基础上,首钢同时进行了配套10.9级耐蚀耐火螺栓和焊接工艺研究。首钢生产的460MPa 级抗震耐蚀耐火薄板与中板在京唐二期焦化脱酸蒸氨钢结构厂房与南通国际会展中心项目进行了示范应用。
With the support of national research project Anti-seismic, Weather Proof and Fire-resistant Steels, Shougang Group and Magang (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co., Ltd., China Iron and Steel Research Institute undertook the research and development of stabilized manufacturing and application of 460MPa grade high strength ant seismic, weather proof and fire-resistant plates and H-shaped steels. Based on the experimental data of pilot tests, routes and controlled parameters of the industry trial have been determined after the optimization of chemical composition and process. The industry trial and produce of 460MPa grade high strength ant seismic, weather proof and fire-resistant plates and H-shaped steels has been achieved successfully, while all the mechanical properties reached the requirements of the project. Based on this, Shougang Group developed the research on the matching 10.9 Grade anti-corrosion and fire-resistant bolts and welding technology. The 460MPa grade high strength ant seismic, weather proof and fire-resistant plates and sheets have been used in the construction of coking, deacidification and ammonia steel structure factory building in second stage of ShougangJingtang United Iron & Steel Co., Ltd and Nantong International Convention and Exhibition Center..
