该数据集主要对首钢生产的抗震耐蚀耐火薄板进行化学成分检测。460MPa级抗震耐蚀耐火钢薄板的化学成分为(质量百分数):C0.054,Si0.25,Mn0.76,P0.008,S0.002,Cr0.49,Ni0.37,Cu0.38,Mo0.22,V0.037,Ti0.015,Nb0.050,Al0.040.根据实验室研究结果,结合首钢京唐产线条件,460MPa级高强抗震耐蚀耐火薄板采用低C低Mn成分设计,添加Cu-Cr-Ni元素提高耐腐蚀性能,添加Nb-V-Ti-Mo成分提高高温力学性能。
