该数据集主要对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司生产的17mm翼缘厚度规格热轧H型钢进行高化学成分检测,通过对材料中的C、Si、Mn、P、S、Cr、Ni、Cu、Nb、V、Ti、Mo、Al、O、N元素的化学成分分析,确定不同成分工艺的材料对实际力学性能的影响,为实际轧制工艺方案提供依据。
he data set is mainly used to detect the high chemical composition of hot rolled H-section steel with 17mm flange thickness produced by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., LTD. Through analyzing the chemical composition of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Cu, Nb, V, Ti, Mo, Al, O and N elements in the material. The influence of materials with different composition process on actual mechanical properties is determined to provide basis for actual rolling process scheme.
