大尺寸高纯钨、钼、铼等制品是现代微电子、半导体照明等产业的关键材料, 是稀有金属行业的高端产品。但高品质产品主要依赖从国外进口,严重制约了我 国优势资源的高效利用和高新技术行业用高端装备的国产化和升级换代。 本课题针对高温高压烧结产品(钨坩埚/钨管)和形变加工产品(钨板、钼板 箔、铼板)两大类稀有金属制品,重点研究大规格稀有金属制品烧结和形变过程 中的组织演化规律及精确调控的重大科学问题,攻克制备过程中杂质元素控制、 大尺寸稀有金属制品高温烧结致密化、形变与晶粒均匀性控制等关键技术,并解 决相关产品工业化生产过程中的所面临的科学和技术问题,建成 2 条拥有自主知 识产权的产业化示范线,实现高端装备用发热体/热屏和坩埚等的 1-2 代升级,并形成年产 1500 吨大尺寸高纯稀有金属制品的工业化生产能力。 本课题由安泰天龙钨钼科技有限公司负责,汇聚了安泰科技股份有限公司、 金堆城钼业股份有限公司、北京科技大学、北京矿冶研究总院等 5 家院校企业形 成产学研用攻关团队。课题承担单位已建成了多个国家级重点实验室和工程研究 中心等相关研发平台和工业化生产线,拥有多项具有自主知识产权的核心技术。
