纯钼板制品可以通过粉末冶金方法制备烧结坯料,再通过轧制变形得到期望的尺寸和性能。轧制工艺对钼板的性能有非常重要的作用,通过比较分析3 种交叉轧制与单向轧制钼板的性能和微观组织的差异发现,交叉轧制可以显著改善各向异性,使材料具有优良的综合性能。随着温度的提高,轧制工艺对于钼板性能的影响明显减弱,晶粒再结晶和长大使钼板的高温性能基本一致。
The sintered blank of pure molybdenum plate products can be prepared by powder metallurgy, and then the desired size and properties can be obtained by rolling deformation. Rolling process plays an important role in the properties of molybdenum plate. By comparing the properties and microstructure of three kinds of cross rolling and unidirectional rolling molybdenum plate, it is found that cross rolling can significantly improve the anisotropy and make the material have excellent comprehensive properties. With the increase of temperature, the effect of rolling process on the properties of molybdenum plate is obviously weakened, and the high temperature properties of grain recrystallization are basically the same as those of long molybdenum plate.
