本项目由复旦大学牵头、重庆大学、天津大学、空军军医大学、广东省人民医院等共同承担的国家重点研发计划项目“生物材料表界面及表面改性研究”(编号:2016YFC1100300),主要研究目的是解决生物材料领域所面临的心血管材料抗凝血、抗组织增生、经皮器械生物密封、抗菌等问题。根据临床需求,开展生物材料表面改性等重点研发方向。通过本项目研究,产生的科学数据主要包括发表论文、授权专利、测试报告。
The reaction of the medical device to the body first occurs at the surface interface of the material. Surface modification of material is one of the main ways to improve the performance of conventional biomaterials and an important basis for the development of a new generation of tissue recycled materials. Facing the clinical needs of orthopedic and cardiovascular related tissue repair materials, this project proposes several new strategies for surface modification of biomaterial from the perspective of chemical modification, physical modification and biomechanical modification, develops the surface modification technology of related biomaterial, and carries out internal and external experiments for some important types of medical devices.
