项目针对废旧服务器、汽车控制单元、工业机器人、电机等智能装备再制造升级涉及的多协议并行检测与评估理论、特征信息挖掘及安全解析、安全重构及柔性重组系统、机械及控制单元功能优化、再制造产品服役健康监测与评估方法等核心问题,研究了服务器跨平台高效检测、再制造性评价、机械零件损伤部位辨识与表征和剩余疲劳寿命评估等技术,开发了服务器检测软件和综合检测装备,突破了跨协议平台快速检测、表面损伤特征高效获取和精准辨识等难题;研究了汽车控制单元数据挖掘解析与重构,核心单元功能升级与柔性重组技术,研制了ECU/TCU分选与检测等装备,解决了动力电池高精度状态估计的难题;研究了废旧智能装备控制系统再制造升级、系统集成、核心机械零部件再制造升级等技术,开发了开放式机器人控制系统,研制了六轴机器人综合检测、协作机器人综合检测设备;研究了再制造产品运行状态多属性表征与健康监测、多源跨域精细化故障迁移诊断等技术,研制了电机综合检测关键设备,突破了废旧电机综合再制造关键难题;研究了再制造生命周期影响评价方法及再制造产品商业化推广模式,开发了碳排放影响评估模型;建立了基于社会支付意愿的生命周期社会影响评价方法;提出了融资租赁-再制造企业合作及再制造领域“区块链+”协同创新的再制造商业推广模式;建成了大型服务器再制造、ECU/TCU再制造、废旧机器人再制造、电机再制造四条示范线,且各项指标均达到了任务书的指标要求。
The project is aimed at the multi-protocol parallel testing and evaluation theory, characteristic information mining and security analysis, security reconstruction and flexible reassembly systems, machinery and control units unction optimization,remanufactured products service health monitoring and evaluation methods and other core issues involved in used server, automobile control unit, industrial robot, motor and other intelligent equipment remanufacturing upgrading.The technologies such as server cross-platform efficient detection, remanufacturability evaluation,identification and representation of mechanical parts damage site, and residual fatigue life evaluation are studied, server detection software and comprehensive detection equipment are developed, and the cross-protocol platform rapid detection, efficient acquisition and accurate identification of surface damage characteristics and other difficulties are broke though.The data mining analysis and reconstruction technology of automotive control units, the core unit function upgrading and flexible reassembly technologies are studied, ECU/TCU sorting and detection equipment are developed, the problem of high precision state estimation of power battery are solved.The technologies such as used intelligent equipment control system remanufacturing upgrading, system integration, core mechanical parts remanufacturing upgrading are studied, the open robot control system are developed, and the comprehensive testing equipment of the six -axis robotic detection and collaborative robot are developed.The technologies such as remanufactured products operation status multi-attribute characterization and health monitoring, multi -source cross -domain refined fault relocation diagnosis are studied, key equipment for motor comprehensive detection are developed, the key difficulties in comprehensive remanufacturing of used motor are broke.The remanufacturing life cycle impact assessment method and the commercialization promotion mode of remanufactured products are studied, the carbon emission impact assessment model are developed, the life cycle social impact assessment method based on social payment willingness are established, and the remanufacturing business promotion model of financial lease-remanufacturing enterprise cooperation and "blockchain +" collaborative innovation are proposed.Four demonstration lines, including large-scale server remanufacturing, ECU/TCU remanufacturing, used robot remanufacturing and motor remanufacturing are built, and all the indicators have met the requirements of the task book.
