本课题针对课题 1 开发的高碳高铬模具钢的基体强韧化、超细化热处理技术,开展“基体强韧化、超细化热处理技术”在精密冲压模具用高碳高铬模具钢Cr12Mo1V1 上的应用和考核验证研究。研究基体强韧化、超细化热处理技术对Cr12Mo1V1 模具钢组织均匀性、晶粒尺寸、碳化物、尺寸变形率及典型力学性能的影响,形成 Cr12Mo1V1 模具钢的基体强韧化、超细化热处理工艺技术;开展基体强韧化、超细化热处理技术在精密冲压模具的应用验证研究。实现精密冲压模具的尺寸精度、使用寿命大幅提升,形成成熟的高精度长寿命精密冲压模具基体强韧化热处理技术规范,建立精密冲压模具的“基体强韧化热处理控制技术”应用示范工程和应用示范基地,实现典型产品的质量达到国际先进水平,满足汽车、电子、机械等行业精密冲压模具需求。
