随着二级淬火1030℃冷速的提升,Cr12Mo1V1模具钢尺寸变形率逐渐减小。深冷处理降低Cr12Mo1V1模具钢尺寸变化率。采用DRT双细化热处理工艺改变第二级1030℃淬火冷却速度及减少深冷处理,宽度、厚度及长度方向尺寸变化率均小于0.15%。
The dimensional deformation rate of Cr12Mo1V1 die steel decreases gradually with the increase of the cooling rate of secondary quenching at 1030 ℃. Cryogenic treatment reduces the size change rate of Cr12Mo1V1 die steel. DRT double refining heat treatment process was used to change the cooling rate of the second stage of 1030 ℃ quenching and reduce the cryogenic treatment. The dimensional change rate of width, thickness and length direction was less than 0.15%.
