本课题为重点基础材料技术提升与产业化专项中“建筑结构用抗震耐蚀耐火钢”项目中的子课题四“690MPa 级抗震耐蚀耐火钢板与型钢的智能化生产及应用研究”,课题开发出690MPa 级耐蚀耐火钢板、焊接H 型钢,屈强比≤0.85,断后伸长率≥18%,600℃下3h 其屈服强度高于室温屈服强度的2/3,配套焊材及焊接接头的耐蚀性、耐火性与母材匹配,使用寿命超过100 年,完善耐蚀钢评价体系,充实腐蚀数据,制订钢结构设计指南,在建筑和海防工程中实现示范应用。
This subject is the sub-project four of the "Seismic, Corrosion-Resistant and Refractory Steel for Building Structures" project in the key basic material technology promotion and industrialization project. "Research on the Intelligent Production and Application of 690MPa Class Seismic, Corrosion-Resistant and Refractory Steel Plates and Sectional Steels", subject development 690MPa-grade corrosion-resistant and fire-resistant steel plate and welded H-section steel, with yield ratio ≤0.85, elongation after fracture ≥18%, and its yield strength at 600°C for 3 hours is higher than 2/3 of the room temperature yield strength. Corrosion resistance and fire resistance are matched with the base material, and the service life is more than 100 years. Improve the corrosion resistance steel evaluation system, enrich the corrosion data, formulate steel structure design guidelines, and realize demonstration applications in construction and coastal defense projects.
