在本研究中,通过对40mm钢板奥氏体再结晶轧制和奥氏体未再结晶轧制的两阶段轧制工艺,轧后层流冷却至400℃后,700℃回火。沿钢板厚度方向切取直径为10mm的比例拉伸试样进行室温Z向拉伸试验,测定钢板的抗拉强度、断面收缩率。
In this study, a two-stage rolling process of 40mm steel sheet austenite recrystallization rolling and austenite non-recrystallization rolling is adopted. After rolling, the laminar flow is cooled to 400°C and then tempered at 700°C. Cut a proportional tensile sample with a diameter of 10 mm along the thickness direction of the steel plate to conduct a Z-direction tensile test at room temperature to determine the tensile strength and reduction of area of the steel plate.
