试验材料选用抚钢Cr12Mo1V1钢坯,坯料尺寸:40mm×280mm×600mm共计4件。首先进行Cr12Mo1V1模具钢坯料的粗加工,经过切割、铣磨加工过后,坯料分别标记为DRT-A、DRT-B、DRT-C、DRT-D;按照厚度预留5mm,长宽预留10mm余量的原则进行锯切加工,锯切料尺寸:45mm×290mm×610mm;按照双边预留2.0mm余量进行铣磨加工,提高坯料表面光洁度。
