本项目开展“基体强韧化、超细化热处理技术”在精密机床轴承用高碳铬轴承钢上的应用和考核验证研究,采用控锻控冷技术和热处理相结合的复合热处理技术,控制碳化物的数量、尺寸和形态,奥氏体晶粒的尺寸,以此来实现奥氏体晶粒和碳化物的双细化,对控锻控冷后的 GCr15 钢进行不同热处理工艺研究,使得轴承零件的达到预期可控的性能要求,来获得高强度、高韧性、高性能精密轴承零件。 通过对微变形热处理工艺研究,研发成套热加工技术,通过对碳化物质量严格的控制,细化碳化物网状;控制轴承热加工锻造流线致密,使得轴承套圈材料致密性高;控制轴承零件的晶粒度,碳化物颗粒细小均匀;微变形热处理技术的应用实施,使得直径≥120mm 热处理尺寸变化率≤0.15%的获得有效控制。通过项目研究实现精密机床轴承的尺寸精度、使用寿命大幅提升,形成成熟的高精度长寿命 精密机床轴承基体强韧化热处理技术规范,建立精密机床轴承的“基体强韧化热处理控制技术”应用示范工程和应用示范基地,满足我国高端机床等行业精密轴承需求。

Through project research, the dimensional accuracy and service life of precision machine tool bearings have been significantly improved, and mature technical specifications for matrix toughening heat treatment of high-precision long-life precision machine tool bearings have been formed. The application demonstration project and application demonstration base of "matrix toughening heat treatment control technology" for precision machine tool bearings have been established to meet the needs of precision bearings in high-end machine tools and other industries in China.
