华北电力大学对铅铋环境动态腐蚀实验过程进行了展示。专家组进行了质询和讨论,形成如下评审意见:
1、搭建了液态铅铋动态腐蚀及其氧控实验台架,实现了关键结构材料腐蚀性能的综合性测试。
2、研制了腐蚀样品架及其变速系统,能够满足液态铅铋与钢样品的动态腐蚀速度的测量需要。
3、开展了三种典型关键结构钢材 T91、15-15Ti、316L 的动态腐蚀实验,获得了样品的腐蚀行为。
专家组一致认为,目前的铅铋环境动态腐蚀试验工作进展顺利,已取得的成果满足项目任务书的要求。
North China Electric Power University has demonstrated the dynamic corrosion process of lead and bismuth environment. The expert group questioned and discussed, and formed the following review opinions:
1. The dynamic corrosion and oxygen control test bench of liquid lead bismuth was built, and the comprehensive test of corrosion performance of key structural materials was realized.
2. The corrosion sample rack and its speed change system have been developed, which can meet the needs of measuring the dynamic corrosion rate of liquid lead bismuth and steel samples.
3. The dynamic corrosion tests of three typical key structural steels T91, 15-15Ti and 316L were carried out, and the corrosion behavior of the samples was obtained.
The expert group agreed that the current environmental dynamic corrosion test of lead and bismuth is progressing smoothly, and the results achieved meet the requirements of the project assignment.
