本报告总结了前期针对低燃耗(15000/MWd/tU)下U3Si2晶内缺陷及其裂变产物的第一性原理计算分析结果,并对其扩散特性进行了分析。其中,U3Si2的晶内缺陷包括了空位缺陷、间隙原子缺陷。本报告选取了Xe作为裂变气体的代表开展了计算研究。
This report summarizes the previous first-principles calculation and analysis results of U3Si2 intragranular defects and their fission products at low burnup (15000/MWd/tU), and analyzes their diffusion characteristics. Among them, the intragranular defects of U3Si2 include vacancy defects and interstitial defects. This report selects Xe as the representative of fission gas to carry out computational research.
