随着热处理温度增加,粉末中U2N3相衍射峰的强度逐渐下降,UN相衍射峰的强度逐渐增强。经1300℃热处理1h后,粉末中的U2N3相完全消失,说明为了获得UN粉体,U2N3粉体热处理的最佳温度为1300℃,热处理时间为1h。
With the increase of heat treatment, the intensity of U2N3 phase diffraction peak decreases, and the intensity of UN phase diffraction peak increases. When the U2N3 powder after heat treatment at 1300℃ for 1 h, the U2N3 phase in the powder disappeared completely. To obtain the UN powder, these results indicated that the optimal heat treatment was 1300℃, and the optimal heat treatment time was 1h.
