为了获得混合均匀的UN、U3Si2混合粉体,采用行星式球磨机对UN以及U3Si2粉体进行球磨处理。然后采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析不同U3Si2含量的UN、U3Si2混合粉体的物相。结果表明,球磨后的混合粉末主要为UN相和U3Si2相,其中以UN相为主要物相。U3Si2的衍射峰强度明显低于UN的衍射峰强度,并且随着U3Si2含量的增加,U3Si2相衍射峰强度并未有明显增加。
To obtain uniformly mixed UN and U3Si2 powders, the UN and U3Si2 mixed powders with different U3Si2 content was ball milled by planetary ball mill. Then, the phase of the mixed UN and U3Si2 powders were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The results show that the mixed powders after ball milling contain UN phase and U3Si2 phase, and the main phase of the mixed powders is the UN phase. The diffraction peak intensity of U3Si2 phase was significantly lower than that of UN phase. Furthermore, the diffraction peak intensity of U3Si2 phase did not increase significantly with the increase of U3Si2 content.
