The UN/U3Si2(30wt.%) composite pellets were sintered at different temperature, and then the phase of the UN/U3Si2(30wt.%) composite pellets were characterized by XRD. The test results show that the UN/U3Si2(30wt.%) composite pellets contain UN phase, UO2 phase and U20Si16C3 phase. And, the main phase is the UN phase.
