晶粒尺寸、裂变率条件和温度、应力对U3Si2的宏观蠕变率均有影响。考虑辐照时,在低温区,蠕变率对温度不敏感,随着裂变率增大,蠕变率增大,且蠕变率与裂变率近似成线性关系。在中高温度下,蠕变率对裂变率不敏感,随着温度升高,蠕变率增大。在温度逐渐升高的过程中,蠕变率由裂变率敏感逐渐变为温度敏感。在不同温度下,蠕变率对应力的依赖性基本不变。随着晶粒尺寸增大,蠕变率减小,当晶粒尺寸较大时,蠕变率对晶粒尺寸的依赖性降低。
The grain size, fission rate condition, temperature and stress have influence on the macroscopic creep rate of U3Si2. Considering irradiation, the creep rate is not sensitive to temperature in the low temperature region. The creep rate increases with the increase of fission rate, and the relationship between creep rate and fission rate is approximately linear. At medium and high temperature, the creep rate is not sensitive to the fission rate, and the creep rate increases with the increase of temperature. In the process of increasing temperature, the creep rate changes from fission rate sensitivity to temperature sensitivity. At different temperatures, the dependence of creep rate on stress is basically unchanged. The creep rate decreases with the increase of grain size, and the dependence of creep rate on grain size decreases with the increase of grain size.
