The forming process parameters of LPBF tensile sample were as follows: 240 W, 500 mm/s and 0.05 mm. The fracture steps at the fracture converged with each other along the front end of the crack to form a river pattern, which was the obvious feature of brittle fracture. There were a few pores in the middle of the cleavage plane. These pores were tiny pores produced by excessive energy. The small number of pores had little effect on the tensile properties.
