LPBF拉伸试样的成形工艺参数为160 W,500 mm/s,0.05 mm,断口处为河流状解理台阶,即为明显的脆性断口。层间结合处多为扁平状的孔洞。激光功率低而导致的能量密度低和熔池深度不足,使得金属粉末不能很好的与上一层紧密结合在一起,因此在层间出现了大量扁平状的孔洞。
The forming process parameters of LPBF tensile sample were as follows: 160 W, 500 mm/s and 0.05 mm. The fracture was a river-like cleavage step, which was an obvious brittle fracture. The low energy density and insufficient molten pool depth caused by low laser power make the metal powder cannot be closely combined with the previous layer, so a large number of flat holes appear between layers.
