2020年4月,宝山与湛江烧结矿碱度均为1.80左右,为对比两地烧结矿熔滴性能的差异,进行了检测分析。结果表明,宝山烧结矿软化开始温度为1023-1055.6℃,略高于湛江烧结矿的1006.4℃,最大压差方面,湛江烧结矿仅10.9kPa,宝山烧结矿达到11.8-21.7kPa,最终的S面积方面,两地烧结矿存在较大的差异,湛江烧结矿仅1095.7kPa.℃,而宝山烧结矿最大达到2615.6kPa.℃。熔滴性能差异是使得两地的高炉采用不同的操作制度,以维持高炉的稳定、高产。
In April 2020, the basicity of Baoshan and Zhanjiang sinters was about 1.80. In order to compare the difference of droplet properties of sinters between the two places, detection and analysis were carried out. The results show that the softening starting temperature of Baoshan sinter is 1023-1055.6 ℃, which is slightly higher than 1006.4 ℃ of Zhanjiang sinter. In terms of the maximum differential pressure, Zhanjiang sinter is only 10.9kpa and Baoshan sinter is 11.8-21.7kpa. In terms of the final s area, there is a great difference between the two sinters. Zhanjiang sinter is only 1095.7kpa. ℃, while Baoshan sinter is 2615.6kpa. ℃. The difference of droplet performance makes the two blast furnaces adopt different operation systems to maintain the stability and high yield of blast furnace.
