采用两种搅拌叶片制备喷雾造粒钼粉,研究了搅拌叶片和搅拌速度对喷雾造粒浆料均匀性及造粒钼粉组织形貌、松装密度、流动性的影响。结果表明,随着搅拌速度的增大,两种叶片制浆均匀性均提高,喷雾干燥钼粉颗粒球化程度提高、表面粗糙度改善、松装密度增大、流动性增快。在本实验条件下,复合叶片制浆后喷雾造粒效果较好,颗粒形貌近球形,具有良好的松装密度和流动性。
Two kinds of stirring blades were used to prepare spray granulated molybdenum powder, and the effects of stirring blade and stirring speed on the uniformity of spray granulation slurry and the morphology, bulk density and fluidity of the granulated molybdenum powder were studied. The results show that with the increase of the stirring speed, the uniformity of the two types of blades is improved, the degree of spheroidization of spray-dried molybdenum powder particles is improved, the surface roughness is improved, the bulk density is increased, and the fluidity is increased. Under the experimental conditions, the spray granulation effect of the composite blade is better after pulping, the particle shape is nearly spherical, and it has good bulk density and fluidity.
