Three kinds of rhenium powder with particle size and morphology, D50<30μm conventional rhenium powder, D50<5μm ultrafine rhenium powder and D50<30μm spherical rhenium powder, were formed and sintered separately or in batches. Test the morphology and particle size of the three kinds of rhenium powder and the batch powder respectively, detect the density, analyze the grain size of the sintered billet, observe the fracture morphology of the burnt billet, and analyze the room temperature and high temperature mechanical properties and fracture mode of the pure rhenium burnt billet .
