将200 nm、1.0 μm和10μm三种粒度的高纯钨粉末,分别混合10%的1.0微米纯钛粉末,借助放电等离子烧结(SPS)炉进行高温压力烧结,制备出尺寸为φ60×10mm的W-Ti10合金样品。烧结气氛为真空,烧结压力50 MPa,烧结温度为1400℃,保温时间为10分钟。借助阿基米德排水法原理测W-Ti10合金样品的实际密度,用实际密度除以理论密度,得到烧结样品的相对致密度。借助Origin绘图软件,绘制出含W-Ti10合金的相对致密度分布曲线,并与纯钨样品致密度情况对比。
Three high-purity tungsten powders with particle sizes of 200 nm, 1.0 μm and 10 μm were mixed with 10% of 1.0 micron pure titanium powder, respectively, and subjected to high-temperature pressure sintering with a spark plasma sintering (SPS) furnace to prepare W with a size of φ60×10mm. -Ti10 alloy sample. The sintering atmosphere is vacuum, the sintering pressure is 50 MPa, the sintering temperature is 1400°C, and the holding time is 10 minutes. The actual density of the W-Ti10 alloy sample is measured with the principle of Archimedes drainage method, and the actual density is divided by the theoretical density to obtain the relative density of the sintered sample. With the aid of Origin drawing software, draw the relative density distribution curve of alloy containing W-Ti10, and compare it with the density of pure tungsten sample.
