华南理工大学生产的φ80型UFNWEE偏心转子挤出机适合加工成型超高分子量聚乙烯(UTMWPE)的一种偏心转子体积脉动形变塑化输运装置。该塑化输运装置主要包括定子、转子等零部件组成,转子设于定子内腔中,转子包括交替连接的多个偏心螺旋段和偏心平直段,定子内腔也设有与转子匹配的交替连接的多个定子螺旋段和多个定子直线段,各转子偏心直线段与各定子直线段一一对应。通过转子和定子内腔交替设置的偏心螺旋段和偏心直线段,使物料的输运体积沿转子进行轴向和径向交替的周期性变化,物料塑化输运过程中主要受到周期性变化的拉伸形变作用,实现体积脉动形变支配的熔融塑化输运。该样品按GB/T 3177-2009、GB/T 33580-2017、JB/T 8061-2011标准及委托要求检验,所检项目符合要求。
