南阳汉冶特钢有限公司对100mm的Q460MPa级抗震耐蚀耐火钢标准试件,采用镀铜实心焊丝 HS-60NiMo 进行MAG焊试验,进行窗口拘束试样和不同线能量下的焊接试验(分别采用 1.08kJ/mm;1.47kJ/mm;2.11kJ/mm 的线能量)。不同焊接线能量条件下 Q460GJEFRWZ35 钢对接接头各部位微观组织未见明显差异。
Nanyang Hanye Special Steel Co., LTD. (HS-60NIMO) conducts MAG welding tests on 100mm Q460MPa seismic corrosion resistant refractory steel standard specimens, and conducts welding tests on window-confined specimens and different line energies (1.08kJ/mm respectively; 1.47 kJ/mm; 2.11kJ/mm of line energy). There is no obvious difference in microstructure of butt joint of Q460GJEFRWZ35 steel under different welding energy.
