该数据集主要对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司生产的抗震耐蚀耐火热轧H型钢进行回火+水冷处理工艺后其室温显微组织。通过组织变化,验证该回火工艺和水冷工艺下材料中原始珠光体和铁素体的转变规律,为实际工业试制提供轧制工艺参考。
In this data set, the room temperature microstructure of the earthquake-resistant and corrosion-resistant hot-rolled H-beam produced by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., LTD was investigated by tempering and water cooling. The transformation law of the original pearlite and ferrite in the material under the tempering process and water cooling process was verified by the microstructure change, which provided a reference for the actual industrial trial production of rolling process.
