该数据集主要对首钢生产的460MPa级抗震耐蚀耐火钢中板进行600℃保温3h后的微观组织分析。将轧态的试样在箱式热处理炉保温3h后空冷,采用场发射透射电子显微镜进行显微组织观察和分析后,可见钢板中的块状析出相,主要是Cr-Mn相和Nb-Ti。图片列出了析出相的形貌、能谱和衍射斑。
The data set is mainly used to analyze the microstructure of 460MPa aseismic corrosion resistant refractory steel medium plate produced by Shougang after holding at 600℃ for 3h. The rolled samples were kept in a box heat treatment furnace for 3h and then air-cooled. After observation and analysis of microstructure by field emission transmission electron microscope, it was found that the massive precipitates in the steel plate were mainly Cr-Mn phase and Nb-Ti phase. The image lists the morphology, energy spectrum and diffraction spots of the precipitated phase.
