根据EN 10225-2009标准要求,结合实际生产需求,采用气体保护焊焊接工艺评定马钢生产的抗震耐蚀耐火热轧H型钢母材和焊接影响区的硬度变化规律。采用HV0.5硬度压力进行硬度试验,通过材料硬度反应材料强度的对应关系,同时为后续焊接热影响区的组织硬度变化提供对比参考。
According to EN 10225-2009 standard and the actual production demand, the gas shielded welding process was used to evaluate the hardness variation rule of the base metal and welding affected zone of the earthquake-resistant and corrosion-resistant hot rolled H-beam produced by Masteel. HV0.5 hardness pressure was used for hardness test, and the corresponding relationship of material strength was reflected by material hardness. Meanwhile, the change of microstructure hardness in the heat-affected zone of welding can be compared and referenced.
