该数据集主要对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司生产的99mm翼缘厚度规格热轧H型钢进行高温拉伸(不进行高温保温)性能的检测,主要是表征材料在高温环境下断裂破坏的能力,是材料耐火性能的重要指标。该试验检测是将试样加热至600℃保温3小时进行拉伸,期望在此条件下材料的高温屈服强度不低于室温屈服强度的三分之二。
The data set is mainly used to test the high-temperature tensile performance (without high-temperature insulation) of 99mm hot-rolled H-beams with flange thickness produced by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., LTD. It is mainly used to characterize the material's ability to fracture under high temperature environment and is an important indicator of the material's fire-resistance performance. The test test is to heat the sample to 600℃ for 3 hours for tensile, the high temperature yield strength of the material under this condition is expected to be no less than two-thirds of the room temperature yield strength.
