该数据集主要对马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司生产的99mm翼缘厚度规格热轧H型钢进行低温冲击性能的检测,该数据中检测对象同一批号3种不同工艺方法生产成品,采用55×55×10mm标准冲击试样进行检测,试验温度为-20℃,通过冲击试样锤断吸收的能量评价材料的低温冲击性能。
The data set mainly tested the low temperature impact performance of 99mm flange thickness hot-rolled H-beams produced by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., LTD. The tested objects in the data were the same batch number and produced by three different processes. Standard impact samples of 55×55×10mm were used for testing, and the test temperature was -20℃. The low temperature impact properties of materials were evaluated by the energy absorbed by impact samples.
