In this study, the carbon film replication technology was used to extract the precipitated phase, and the carbon film was sprayed on the surface of the polished sample. The carbon film is divided into 2 mm × 2 mm squares. In 4 ml HNO3 + 96 ml CH3CH2OH mixed solution etching to make the carbon film fall off, with copper net to salvage carbon film with precipitated phase particles, in CH3CH2OH clean, into the plasma water, with φ3 small copper net to salvage carbon film. Observations were performed using a transmission electron microscope with an energy dispersive spectrometer ( EDS ). A large number of nanoscale ( Nb, V, Mo ) C precipitates were found in the samples.
