在本研究中心,采用扫描电镜观测腐蚀360h后,未涂覆试样经加速腐蚀的锈层表面微观形貌。可以看到试样表面锈层出现了颗粒状物质,颗粒状物质为FeOOH,表面腐蚀产物分布不均,尺寸和间隙都比较大。未涂覆试样表面的腐蚀产物呈块状堆积,块状间距变大变深。涂覆试样经加速腐蚀的锈层表面微观形貌。可以看到涂覆试样表面腐蚀产物呈现颗粒状分布,与未涂覆试样相比更细小质密;这是稳定剂中PVB尚未完全脱落的结果,涂覆试样表面由大量致密的颗粒状FeOOH组成,表面腐蚀产物分布均匀。
In this research center, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the surface microscopic morphology of the rust layer after accelerated corrosion of uncoated specimens 360h after corrosion. It can be seen that granular substances (FeOOH) appear in the rust layer on the surface of the sample, and the corrosion products on the surface are unevenly distributed with large sizes and gaps. The corrosion products on the surface of the uncoated sample are lumpy, and the lumpy spacing becomes larger and deeper. The surface morphology of rust layer after accelerated corrosion of coated sample. It can be seen that the corrosion products on the surface of the coated sample show granular distribution and are finer and denser than the uncoated sample. This is the result that PVB in the stabilizer has not been completely exfoliated. The surface of the coated sample is composed of a large number of dense granular FeOOH, and the surface corrosion products are evenly distributed.
