在本研究中,采用碳膜复型技术提取析出相,在抛光后的样品表面喷碳膜。将碳膜分割成2 mm×2 mm的正方形。在4 ml HNO3 + 96 ml CH3CH2OH 混合溶液浸蚀使碳膜脱落,用铜网打捞带有析出相颗粒的碳膜,在CH3CH2OH清洗干净后,放入等离子水中,用φ3的小铜网打捞碳膜。使用透射电子显微镜(附带能谱分析仪EDS)进行观察。在300℃ 15min样品中观察到有一些20-30nm的析出相粒子,在400℃ 15min以及500℃ 15min样品中观察到纳米级析出粒子进一步增加,在600℃ 15min样品中观察到纳米级析出粒子进一步增加,EDS表明其为(Nb,V,Mo)C粒子,在700℃ 15min样品中观察到纳米级析出粒子进一步增加,并且有粗化现象。
In this study, carbon film replica technology was used to extract precipitated phase, and carbon film was sprayed on the surface of polished sample. The carbon film was divided into 2 mm×2 mm squares. In 4 mL HNO3 + 96 mL CH3CH2OH mixed solution, the carbon film fell off, and the carbon film with precipitated particles was fished with copper net. After being cleaned by CH3CH2OH, the carbon film was put into plasma water, and the carbon film was fished with φ3 small copper net. Transmission electron microscope (EDS) was used for observation. Some 20-30nm precipitated particles were observed in the sample at 300℃ for 15min, further increased in the sample at 400℃ for 15min and 500℃ for 15min, and further increased in the sample at 600℃ for 15min. EDS indicated that the precipitated particles were (Nb, V, Mo) C particles were further increased and coarsening was observed in the sample at 700℃ for 15min.
