对周浸后的未涂覆稳定剂的试样和涂覆试样收集表面腐蚀产物,对两种锈层分别进行了XRD物相分析,未涂覆试样的腐蚀产物主要有α-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH和Fe3O4/γ-Fe2O3,涂覆试样的腐蚀产物主要有α-FeOOH、γ-FeOOH、α-Fe2O3和Fe3O4/γ-Fe2O3。随着腐蚀时间的延长,两种试样的γ-FeOOH的含量均显著增加,但是涂覆试样的γ-FeOOH含量整体上是远低于未涂覆试样的含量。涂覆试样的α-FeOOH是随着腐蚀时间的延长明显增加的,证明Cr元素可以促进α-FeOOH的生成。
The surface corrosion products were collected from the sample without coated stabilizer and the coated sample after cyclic immersion. XRD phase analysis was conducted on the two kinds of rust layers respectively. The corrosion products of the uncoated sample mainly include α-FeOOH, γ-FeOOH and Fe3O4/γ-Fe2O3. The corrosion products of the coated samples mainly include α-FeOOH, γ-FeOOH, α-Fe2O3 and Fe3O4/γ-Fe2O3. With the prolonging of corrosion time, the content of γ-FeOOH in both samples increased significantly, but the content of γ-FeOOH in the coated sample was much lower than that in the uncoated sample. The α-FeOOH of the coated samples increased with the prolonging of corrosion time, which proved that Cr element can promote the formation of α-FeOOH.
