在本研究中,采用线切割沿热轧钢板纵向方向切取10mm×10mm×55mm,KV2型的标准冲击试样,每组三个平行试样,将样品放入酒精中,倒入液氮降温至-40℃后,在冲击试验机上,按照国标GB/T 229-2007的标准进行低温摆锤冲击试验,测得-40℃时钢板的平均冲击吸收功值为196J。
In this study, standard KV2 impact samples of 10mm×10mm×55mm were cut along the longitudinal direction of hot rolled steel plate by wire cutting, with three parallel samples in each group. The samples were put into alcohol, poured into liquid nitrogen and cooled to -40℃. Then, low-temperature pendulum impact test was conducted on the impact testing machine according to the national standard GB/T 229-2007. The average impact absorption energy of steel plate at -40℃ is 196J.
