在本研究中,采用线切割沿热轧钢板横向方向切取直径为8mm,在配备电加热炉的万能拉伸试验机上,将拉伸试样加热至600℃保温3小时之后,按照国标GB/T 228.2-2015的标准进行高温拉伸试验,测得钢板的高温抗拉强度为601MPa,屈服强度为514MPa。
In this study, wire cutting was used to cut the diameter of 8mm along the transverse direction of hot rolled steel plate. After heating the tensile sample to 600℃ for 3 hours on a universal tensile test machine equipped with an electric heating furnace, high-temperature tensile test was carried out according to the national standard GB/T 228.2-2015. The high temperature tensile strength of the steel plate was 601MPa. The yield strength is 514MPa.
