在本研究中,通过奥氏体再结晶轧制和奥氏体未再结晶轧制的两阶段轧制工艺,轧后层流冷却至400℃后,空冷至室温。沿钢板横向切取直径为8mm的比例拉伸试样进行室温拉伸试验,抗拉强度为1059,屈服强度为767MPa,断后伸长率为19.5%,屈强比为0.72。
In this study, a two-stage rolling process of austenite recrystallization rolling and austenite unrecrystallization rolling was adopted. Laminar flow cooling was carried out to 400℃ and air cooling to room temperature after rolling. The specimen with a diameter of 8mm was cut horizontally along the steel plate for tensile test at room temperature. The tensile strength was 1059, the yield strength was 767MPa, the elongation after fracture was 19.5%, and the flexural strength ratio was 0.72.
